Since our website first launched in 1998, The Gluten-Free Mall® has been a trusted place for anyone searching for healthy, guaranteed gluten-free food options online. We focus on providing exceptional customer service, reliable information, and products that fit many dietary lifestyles.
How We Started
In 1995, after multiple doctors had failed to explain the symptoms he was experiencing, Scott Adams came across an article on celiac disease. After investigating further, this finally led to his diagnosis.
In an effort to better understand celiac disease, and to help provide others with accurate, up-to-date information, Scott founded Celiac.com - the first online resource dedicated solely to providing reliable information on celiac disease and gluten-free living.
In 1998, dissatisfied with the selection and availability of gluten-free food to support his diet, Scott founded The Gluten-Free Mall®. The goal was simple: provide people with gluten-free and food allergy needs the highest quality and widest range of foods.
The Gluten-Free Mall® Today
As awareness and understanding of celiac disease and gluten intolerance has grown, more individuals and families have turned to The Gluten-Free Mall® for quality gluten-free food options and exceptional customer service – and so, we’ve grown to meet the needs of our community.
In 2002 we partnered with Garden Spot Foods, which expanded our product offering and shipping capabilities. Shortly afterwards, in 2005, we began shipping frozen items to customers and further expanded the range of products available to customers.
Today, The Gluten-Free Mall® stocks nearly a thousand high-quality, gluten-free products. We also offer items that meet other dietary lifestyles, such as vegan, keto, raw, and paleo. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to provide the best prices, selection, and service.
