Ingredients - GLUTEN FREE DOUGH: Domata living flour (rice flour, corn starch, tapioca dextrin, xanthan gum), eggs, water, salt, canola oil, guar gum, sodium alginate.
FILLING: Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (pasteurized whole milk starter and salt), Romano Cheese (pasteurized sheep milk, rennet, bacterial culture, salt), eggs, salt, parsley
Good manufacturing practices are used to segregate ingredients in a facility that also processes wheat.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite Conte's sauce.

Jul 21st 2020I am a ravioli lover from way back and have been unable to find any ravioli that are gluten-free in the area I live in. So...when I found these, I thought I would try them out! Very pleased - delicious and the texture and filling was amazing. Will be buying these again!!!!
