This tastes good and has a good texture. It is filling and is a great snack. It is also the closest thing out there to Honey Nut Cheerios, one of my favorite cereals before my celiacs diagnosis.

Unlike most gluten free cereals, this tastes good and does not have the cardboard-like texture that many gluten free cereals do. Because of the protein, it is more filling and is great dry as a quick snack.

I use this mix to make cinnamon rolls like the kind that come in the cardboard tube. I roll it out, spread butter, cinnamon and brown sugar (and finely chopped pecans) inside, roll it and cut into 2 inch pieces. They are amazing.

These are actually really good pancakes. I was a bit surprised, but this is the closest thing I have found to the real thing so far. A tiny bit dry, need extra syrup, but otherwise, delicious!
