Not to crazy about the texture, however as far as white bread goes, this is by far the best one out there, I would have to agree with that. It is great toasted as well.

Not the best, but by far not the worst bread I have had over the past 15 years, it has a nice flavor but I am not crazy about the texture, it is however much better toasted.

This bread feels and tastes most like the bread we know and miss. The white sandwich bread makes great toast and I like it toasted for sandwiches as well I even ate the crust when the meat and cheese had already been eaten because they slide around when eating. my point is that with other gluten free breads that is when I would notice the texture difference and I can't lie the taste of some of the other breads are not so great.
I give the Udi's brand a 10 Love it

The Grainless Baker gluten-free hot dog and hamburger rolls hold together better than any others I have tried. I usually microwave on defrost for about 2 minutes, and then toast. But the last time, I just defrosted by taking out of the freezer for a few hours before eating it. It was great this way also. They do not fall apart while I am eating them. I almost forget they are gluten free.
