Directions: Sort and rinse. Bring 2 cups water and 1 cup lentils to boil, reduce, and simmer for 30-45 minutes, or until tender. Drain and serve.
Cook with traditional French herbs like sage, rosemary, terragon, marjoram and thyme.
These lentils remain firm when cooked, so use them for salads and long-cooking stews.
