Since 1991, Foods By George has been leading a culinary revolution in gluten-free baking. It all began in 1989 when George and Ceil, his future wife, started dating and sharing all things culinary, but before long Ceil was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Convinced he could develop gluten-free foods that were satisfying and delicious, George left his career in the finance world in 1991 and started Foods By George; a name which has become synonymous with great tasting gluten-free foods. The company proudly remains family owned and operated. Driven by passion and innovation, George continues to develop new products with simple and common ingredients. Foods By George is dedicated to fostering an awareness of Celiac Disease and donates a portion of the proceeds to Celiac Disease research.
