Gluten Free. Frozen, Breaded, Uncooked chicken nuggets.

Chickens are raised in Pennsylvania Dutch Country without antibiotics, on a strict diet of grains, vitamins, and minerals - never any animal by-products.
 
A true nugget - no skin, no fillers or extenders, no flaked, chopped, or mechanically separated meat. Lightly breaded to accentuate natural chicken flavor. All Natural Ingredients: No Chemical Additives or Preservatives. Flash-fried in non-hydrogenated vegetable oil to set breading. At their revolutionary processing facility, their chickens are individually air chilled so the natural flavor and juices are not diluted, giving you a better tasting bird.

Shelf life: frozen - approx. 8-10 months.

Ingredients - chicken breast meat, marinated in water and sea salt, breading with rice flour, water,  yellow corn flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, dried whole eggs, yeast, cane sugar, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.

Flashed fried in organic expeller pressed soybean oil to set breading.

Contains - Eggs.

This product is manufactured in the same facility as wheat products.

must be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 deg F as measured by use of a meat thermometer. Cooking times may vary.

Suggested Cooking Instructions:

Bake: Preheat the oven to 375 deg. Spread frozen nuggets on a baking sheet and bake for a total of 25-30 minutes.

Pan Fry: Heat vegetable oil (1/8") in skillet until hot. Fry in hot oil over med heat 10-12 min turning over after 6 min. Nuggets should be golden brown on both sides.

Microwave: Not recommended.
