Remove from all packaging before preparing. Do not thaw prior to cooking.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place on a non-oiled baking sheet. Bake for 16-18 minutes; turn over after 8-9 minutes. Continue baking until goldenbrown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
DEEP FRY: Set deep fryer to 350 degrees F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place fish into the oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. For best results do not overcrowd the fryer with too much fish. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels, allowing the fillet to cool slightly.
Serve as an entree, or in sandwiches, tacos and salads. Microwaving is not recommended for best results.
