Each crab cake is made with blue crab meat (Calinectes sapdius) originating from American waters. The crab meat is FDA inspected and never from overseas.

Ingredients: Crab meat (natural fresh blue crab), half and half (milk, cream, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, carrageenan), gluten free crisp rice (rice flour, rice bran, honey, calcium carbonate), rice bread crumb (rice flour, sugar, rice malt extract, salt), gluten free whole grain corn, pepper sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), lemon juice, red and green peppers, onions, salt, cayenne, white pepper, mustard flour, parsley, worchestershire sauce
(distilled vinegar, water, molasses, corn syrup, less than 2% anchovies, tamarind extract, sugar, spices, dehydrated garlic powder, caramel color, xanthan gum, propylene glycol alginate, natural colors).

Cooking Directions: Pan Fry (recommended cooking): Thaw cake in refrigerator for 8-10 hours. Heat 2 TBSP of oil per cake in pan over medium heat. Carefully place the cake in the pan, cooking 3 minutes on each side.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400F. If frozen, cook for 20-30 minutes. If thawed cook for 15-20 minutes.
