RECIPE: Vegetable Curry: Slice all vegetables. Add 1/2 of an onion and 1 tomato into 1/4 cup hot water in a pot. Add 1/4 yogurt, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/2 of a green pepper, 1 carrot, 2 zucchini. Stir, cover, simmer 20 minutes. Reduce heat, add 1/4 cooked garbanzo beans. Add 5 tbsp of indian curry sauce. Stir well one minute. Serve over rice. Add more sauce to liking.
