Quinoa is a must for every pantry! It cooks quickly and is a wonderful substitute in any recipe where you'd use rice or other cooked grains, couscous, or bulgar wheat. I like to eat it for breakfast like a porridge, mix it with vegetables and beans for tasty salads, add it to soups, or use it in casseroles. It works really well as a bulgar substitute in tabbouleh. It also is great sprouted!
