I was looking for gluten free crackers for my mom to try and bought one of these. She loved them. Now, over a year later, I buy several packages at a time. Like other reviewers say, they are crisp and light and, with a little butter or margarine, they go with anything. Dr. Schar has some great products. Thank you!
