RP's Pasta found and owner Peter Robertson, while traveling in Italy with a theater troupe, fell in love with the food of Italy. Peter ultimately, began making authentic fresh pasta of his own. Our Wheat Free Gluten Free fresh pasta has the wonderful texture and flavor of traditional artisan pasta and is now available to you.
Ingredients: Brown rice flour, filtered water, potato starch, tapioca starch, egg, egg white, xanthan gum, salt, glucono-delta-lactone.
Note: glucono-delta-lactone is a natural acidifer aslo found in wine and honey

Cooking Instructions: If frozen do not thaw. Drop pasta bundle into 3 qts of boiling water per 9 oz of pasta. Stir very well until the bundle has loosened. Boil for 3-4 minutes of until al' dente. Drain and toss with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
Traditionally made fresh pasta is full of flavor on its own. We suggest light toppings like sauteed fresh vegetables with a little olive oil and fresh grated Parmesan. Also try tossing your favorite grilled meats or vegetables with a light fresh tomato sauce. What ever you choose, it will be great!
