This coconut oil is high grade, unrefined, No bleaching or deodorizing. Processing is from expeller pressing the chopped and dried organic coconut meat.
Virgin coconut oil is naturally transfatty acid free, cholesterol free, and is high in medium chain triglycerides.
This oil typically contains the following beneficial fatty acids per serving: Lauric acid 6.5g, Myristic Acid 2.4g, Caprylic Acid 1.0g, Capric Acid 800mg, Oleic Acid 800mg, and Linoleic Acid 200mg.
