I tried these for the first time just recently. WOW what a perfect little cookie with coffee or tea! I loved the shortbread texture and found it not too sweet. It is just the right compliment to a hot or cold drink.

My husband misses white bread in his diet, but this has given him some comfort. It is not regular bread, but it is as close has as we have found. He enjoys it with a little galic butter melted on it, with pasta, or a grilled cheese sandwich. Other gluten free breads we have tried would not work for either of those.

The best gluten free meal that comes in a box! So delicious. Very fast and easy to make. The downfall is this is not carried in any grocery stores near me. The only time I have had it was on vacation in Montana....and I live in california. Still a very good item and worth the purchase!

We tried the pizza crust mix for the first time over the weekend, and loved it! My eleven-year-old daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac, and we have been missing the taste and convenience of pizza. It passed with flying colors! Since it\'s quick and easy, I am ordering more to have on hand for school events, and last minute sleep over invites.
