As a chef, Holly knew even the most cherished recipes can always be improved. So, unlike ordinary oatmeal, her recipe is made with 100% natural ingredients for a hearty taste and texture that's wholly unique. It's far healthier too, without the glue-like con- sistency of some all-natural cereals. Now, due to popular demand, she is happy to add her Gluten-Free Hot Cereal.

Ingredients: Gluten-free oats, quinoa flakes, flax, whole grain brown rice, corn, white sorghum, buckwheat, cranberries.

Directions: 1 cup soy milk (may substitute regular milk) 1/4 cup of Holly's dry oatmeal 1. In medium saucepan, combine ingredients. 2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. 3. Cook for approx. 4 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally 4. Let stand until the oatmeal is the desired consistency. 5. Spoon the oatmeal into a cereal bowl and serve warm. 6. Serving Suggestion: add just a drizzle of maple syrup on top to really brighten up your morning! * Makes 1 serving.
