About the Author Dr Rodney Ford (author) is a Paediatric Gastroenterologist, Nutrition Consultant and food Allergist. He has been Associate Professor of Paediatrics at the Christchurch School of Medicine, University of Otago, New Zealand. He has a worldwide reputation. He has been helping people with nutrition and food problems for more than twenty years.
