This biscuit mix surprised me. I never expected any gluten-free biscuit to taste this good and have such a wonderful texture. My family couldn't believe it was gluten-free. I bake them in marked squares on a silicone sheet on a cookie sheet and break them apart to cool. I have frozen them and they defrost quickly and the texture is as good as fresh.
