I have been using this book and several others for 2 years. This is my favorite book. It is easy to read. The recipes are difficult to tell they are gluten free. I cook for my daughter and myself. She takes the cookies and other treats from this book to school and they are loved by all. The angle food cake is just awesome. I have served it at many parties and it was loved by all. I make the angle food cake for my gf friends-they cannot believe they can eat it. It looks awesome and takes as good as it looks. I can't wait to get the bread machine book. I am tired of all the failed attempts of bread making and all the boxed mixes. Baking Classics is a must to have in your home. If you only buy one book to start, buy this one.
