Interesting. If I had to sum up the flavor in one word it would definitely have to say interesting. I like the flavor but it's like nothing I've ever had before. Kind of sweet, kind of sharp. I found it good to make peanut butter and jelly snacks out of. Even my boyfriend like them and he doesn't like anything.
