Everything they make is produced in their own dedicated gluten-free and peanut-free facility. They built the kitchen from scratch, to ensure no cross- contamination from wheat or other allergens. Additionally, they require that each and every supplier certify the purity of the ingredients they provide. For extra quality assurance, they use only KOSHER and NON -GMO ingredients.
They do not use refined white sugars and hydrogenated oil and, wherever possible, use ingredients that naturally rich in good stuff - like fiber, protein, and omega-3's.They also fortify some products with important vitamin & minerals.
Shelf life - Approx 5 months. Moist and chewy, there's nothing crumby about them. Made with non- hydrogenated oils and natural sweeteners, they're low in cholesterol, and saturated fat (though the taste is sure to make you forget.) YUM!
Warm in toaster or microwave for just-baked taste.
