Like all the soft baked cookies in this range these are rather mealy - something we gluten-free eaters have to put up with, I am finding. I assume there is a good reason for it but all their cookies contain large amounts of date paste, apple, pear and grape concentrates and this makes for a very fruity tasting dough which makes the three varieties I ordered taste like the same date cookies - not a bad thing but not necessarily what you want if you are looking for a specific flavour.
