As a New Yorker, I have to say these are not even bagels. The texture is bad, the size is wrong, and I haven't been able to toast them without them drying out (and they are already pretty dry to start with, so I even steam/defrosted them in the microwave first.) But, what alternatives do we have? I say just put your lox on a toasted peice of the Garbp sport bread they sell on this site and you will be happier.
