I really like this product. It is easy to mix. It does not have the elasticity of normal pizza dough. I just use olive oil on pan and on my fingers to spread onto cooking sheet. My family likes it too and they do not have to eat gluten free. It is also less expensive per pizza than any other products I have used. I would highly recommend this product.
