Cream Hill Estates are committed to helping people on gluten free diets by producing and distributing guaranteed pure oats in flakes, whole grain oat flour and whole oat kernels (groats).They contract directly with farmers whose families, like theirs, know about celiac disease from personal experience and thus are steadfast in protecting the oats from cross-contamination with other grains during growth. Their fields have been wheat-, barley- and rye-free for at least 3 years before their oats are planted. Their pure oats production uses only dedicated or thoroughly cleaned equipment in planting, harvesting, transport, processing and packaging. No cross-contamination is allowed. They rigorously monitor the quality of their processes and products using certified seed labs and the highly sensitive and internationally recognized R5-ELISA test for gluten-free purity.
