The Cravings Place was created by Juli Walton of Bend, Oregon, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. After many years of eating all the foods the she loved, she discovered that she was intolerant of products that contained gluten, wheat, dairy, beans and nuts. Relying on her culinary background, a passion for food and DESPERATION, The Cravings Place was created.
Most of the products can be ready in 20 minutes to an hour by adding water and dairy free margarine or oil to the dry baking mix.
All products are produced in a dedicated gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, egg free, bean free and nut free location. Only quality nonallergen products are used from reputable suppliers.
These mixes can be made using sugar or a sweetener alternative.
Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Vanilla Bean Powder (vanilla beans, corn based dextrose) Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Non-aluminum Baking Powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate of soda, corn starch (from non-GMO corn), calcium acid phosphate), Baking Soda.
