COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Regular Oven: Oven temperatures may vary. Important: Meal can be cooked frozen or thawed. To thaw, remove from freezer, place in refrigerator 24-48 hours. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F on bake. Oven Must Be Pre-heated. 2. Place tray on cookie sheet and place into oven on middle rack. THAWED: Keep lid on and bake 35-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated to 165 degrees F. FROZEN: Keep lid on and cook as above for 80-90 min. or until heated to 165 deg F. IF DESIRED: Remove lid for last 5-10 minutes to lightly "crisp" top.
