COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Regular Oven: Oven temperatures may vary. Important: Meal can be cooked frozen or thawed. To thaw, remove from freezer, place in refrigerator 24-48 hours. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F on bake. Oven Must Be Pre-heated. 2. Place tray on cookie sheet and place into oven on middle rack.
