Each package countains dough formed in 4 - 3 oz. patties. Wheat free, gluten free, Yeast free and NON GMO. Can be conveniently baked in a toaster oven.

This Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread is a one-of-a-kind taste sensation made with the best Vermont has to offer, like fresh milk free of BHT and r-BST, award winning freshly-grated sharp cheddar cheese, and ORGANIC cage free eggs. Created with a unique medley of the finest ingredients.

Ingredients: Manioc flour, non-fat milk, sharp cheddar and Parmesan cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), pasturized egg (contains citric acid), modified manioc starch, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt .

Manufactured in a gluten-free environment.

TO PREPARE: Preheat oven to 375F. Place the frozen dough on an ungreased baking pan, keeping 1/2' space between each bun. Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then slice horizontally with serrated knife to make two halfs. Fill with your favorite fixings. Do not use a microwave.

Frozen Foods: Frozen orders are shipped out Monday through Wednesday for same-week delivery so that frozen packages will not sit over a weekend. If you place your order between Wednesday and Sunday your order will ship on the following Monday. Depending on where you live, orders placed on Tuesdays may also have to wait until the following Monday to ship. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you on the day your order ships, and it is your responsibility to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Non-frozen items cannot be shipped with frozen ones. 10 Units fill a cooler--which we highly recommend for the best product to shipping cost ratio. Frozen items cannot be shipped outside the USA, or to Hawaii or Alaska.
