This stuff is awesome as far as taste goes. A little hard to make only because there is nothing to help it rise, but I made two mini loaves out of it. It was great for dipping in olive oil and also sliced up well to make mini sandwiches.
This will definitely make it easier for me to stick to this diet. The best gluten-free bread I've tried yet.
