I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about two months ago and this book was an outstanding read. It can be a bit technical in places, but I would recommend this book to anyone who is newly diagnosed. After reading this book I was very comfortable talking with my GI physician about the disease. In short, this book allowed me to quickly become an informed member of the Celiac community.
