This is the best book out there by one of the leading doctors involved with celiac disease. Dr. Green is the head of the Celiac Center at Columbia University, so this book gives very detailed information that you can bring to your doctor's office. He gives a great synopsis of all the research that is currently out there, and what you need to know to get diagnosed correctly, and how live with the disease. There is alot of misinformation on the internet so this is a must read for every celiac, and anyone else who wants to know everything there is to know about this disease.
