I made an 8x8 pan with this mix. I had company arrive as I was taking it from the oven. The aroma was so good, we stopped to chat for a bit as it cooled. Then we each tasted a bit, and to our suprise, you couldn't taste any difference from wheat. In fact, it was moister and better tasting to me! A great addition to their line - and your pantry.
