Okay - I really don't like most gluten-free products. I will eat them because I have to, but I don't enjoy too many of them... HOWEVER... this cake mix is fantastic. I am a sweet baked goods junkie and my first words as a baby were "Got Cake?". This mix is easy to make - and I hate to make anything. I literally ate all around the edges moments after it came out of the oven. When it was still warm, it had a soft, sugar cookie thing going on. Days later, it is just dang good cake. This is CAKE!
