I was able to get this to work in the bread maker by adding half of the wet ingredients before adding the dry. Now I use this in the bread maker quite often. I agree that it is the closest thing to white bread I have seen. It toasts much better than any other gluten-free bread I have tried. The only issue I have with it is that it seems to dry out very quickly, and begin crumbling before I get to the end of the loaf. I now use more eggs and oil, and less water, than the package calls for. This has helped to prevent the dryness.
