I agree with the others. This makes great pizza. My husband is the one with the celiac and he didn't complain about it like he did some products we tried. I have adapted to this pizza crust very well. My daugher ate a piece when she came to visit, and she said she couldn't tell that much of a difference from this crust and regular pizza crust.
