PIZZA CRUST DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Ingredients required: 2/3 cup warm milk 1 tsp olive oil 1 tsp apple cider vinegar approx 1/8 cup corn meal or gluten free flour
Pour mix into large bowl and stir in yeast from packet (inside bag). In a separate bowl combine milk, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Add wet ingredients to flour mixture. Beat for 3 minutes. Oil one 12" pizza pan and sprinkle with corn meal (or gluten free flour) while pressing dough out onto pan with your hands, adding more flour or corn meal as needed to prevent hands sticking to dough. Make edges thicker to contain toppings.
Bake plain crust for 10 min. Remove from oven. Add desired toppings. Bake for another 18-20 minutes or until top is nicely browned.
