Made with real American Buffalo meat,all natural ingredients and a have a nutritional statement second to none. Their buffalo are raised humanely, they never receive growth hormones and never fed animal by-products or antibiotics.

Since bison meat has very little intramuscular fat it scores favorably lower in cholesterol, fat and saturated fat when compared to beef, pork, skinless breast of chicken and even most fish.

This all natural jerky is cut from real buffalo steak and has a sweet peppered flavor. Not chopped and formed, but whole muscle.
