Peidmontese Beef: these uniquely lean & tender beef cattle originated 25,000 years ago in the foothills of the Italian Alps where they graze on a natural diet of fiber rich grasses. Their lean physique & heavier muscle structure (known as double muscle) produces a more tender, juicy flavored beef.

Organic beef raised with added hormones and without added antibiotics. Federal regulations prohibit the use of antibiotics. Beef raised on organic feed. Cattle are never fed animal by-products.

Shelf life: approx 2 year shelf life - sell by date on back of package at the bottom. Best is consumed within 3 days after opening.
