I tought this was one of the best pizza crusts I have tasted - in the gluten free category of course. The teste of the crust was on the bland side - which I rate as good because there was not a lot of after taste. When I put pizza sauce and cheese and vegetables on it the toppings had a slight tendency to slide, but I also had a lot of toppings. It was outstanding when I brushed olive oil on it, sprinkled a rosemary herb blend and baked it.
