Ingredients Needed: 3 eggs 1/4 veg oil 1 1/2 cups of warm milk or non-dairy substitute 1 1/2 tbsp of honey or water 2 1/4 tsp of dry yeast (7g)
Directions for Bread Machine: In a bowl, mix eggs, oil, warm milk, and honey together and whip until foamy. Add 3/4 of the bread mix to mixture and mix until smooth. Then add the yeast and the last 1/4 of the mix. With a rubber spatula, mix all ingredients until moist. Then, scrape mixture into bread pan of bread machine that has been lightly greased. Set bread machine to knead for 20 minutes, rise for approx 45-60 min. and then bake 45-50 min.
Directions for Oven Baking: Using a mixing bowl, combine eggs, oil, warm milk, honey, and beat until foamy. Add 3/4 of the mix to mixture and mix until smooth. Add yeast, the remainder of the bread mix, and 1 tbsp of warm water. Then, with a rubber spatula, mix ing. until moist. Now, with your electric mixer, using a paddle, beat batter at med speed until batter is smooth (it will look like thick pancake batter). With a rubber spatula, scrape the batter into a 9x5 pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic food wrap sprayed with veg oil and place in warm area to rise, approx 60-90 minutes (will rise 2.25 times its original height). Preheat the oven to 375 deg and bake for approx 45-50 minutes or until brown all over.
