Add 3/4 of the bread mix to the liquid mixture and mix until smooth. Then blend in the yeast and the remainder of the mix with a rubber spatula until better is moist. Then, scrape mixture into bread machine pan. Using the personal baker cycle, set the bread machine to knead for 10 min, rise 10 min, knead 6 min, rise 40 min and bake 65 min. Directions for Oven Baking: Combine eggs, oil, warm water, & dough enhancer in an electric mixing bowul. Beat at medium speed with paddle attachment until foamy. Add 3/4 bread mix to the liquid mixture. Mix until smooth at low speed. Add yeast and the remainder of the bread mix. Beat at medium speed until batter is smooth (batter will look like thick pancake batter). Let it sit for 10 minutes and then mix for 3 min at medium speed. With a rubber spatula, scrape the batter into a 9x5 pan lined with parchment paper and place in a warm area to rise, approx 60 minutes (should rise 2.25 times its original height). Preheat the oven to 375 deg and bake for approx 50-60 minutes or until brown all over. Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack.
