The pizza crust mix will make 2 eleven inch pizza crusts
Shelf life: Approx 24 months.
Ingredients: rice flour, tapioca flour, cornstarch, potato starch, rice bran, honey granules, salt, xanthan gum, soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, ginger.

Ingredients Needed: 1 packet Rapid Rise Yeast (7g) plus 1/4 cup warm water 1 cup warm water 2 egg yolks 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions: Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and let proof for approx 5 minutes Mix 1 cup warm water with egg yolks, olive oil, and honey. Pour the Pizza crust mix into an electric mixer. With the mixer running at slow speed, add the liquid mixture along with the yeast until the dough forms into a ball. (If necessary add 1-2 tbsp of warm water). Then divide in half, roll and stretch each ball on a siltpad into a 11 inch circle and place an 11 inch pizza pan over the circle and flip it over. Sit it aside. Take a wet towel and microwave it for 45 seconds placing it over the pizza dough. Let it rise between 45-60 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven 500 degree oven for 6 min. Remove from oven and build pizza as desired. Then place back in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly (approx 10 min).
For bread sticks, roll the dough into 2 inch balls. Roll them out in cigar shape. Let it rise for 45 min. Brush
lightly with an egg wash. Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
