Recipe for Chocolate Chunk Cookies: INGREDIENTS: 2 large eggs 3 oz vegetable oil 1 oz water (4 tbsp) 1 pkg of Choc Chunk Cookie Mix
For a crispier cookie, sub the veg oil and water for 4oz of softened sweet cream butter.
DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 375 deg. Mix eggs, oil & water in large bowl until smooth. Add in cookie mix, then mix until soft dough forms. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 in apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes or until brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely on cookie rack. Store in airtight container.
