A good flour mix even if it has quite a strong garfava flavor. It is really not suitable for any delicately flavored baked goods. The strong bean flavor was still discerable in Banana Nut Cake and Carrot Cake, although not terribly offensive, but was too strong for even chocolate chip cookies. I prefer using Betty Hagman's Featherweight Flour to this one as an all-purpose GF flour.
