Review of 'Autism and the Gluten-Free Diet'
by Barbara Mitchell-Washington Product Review Added: Tuesday 27 March, 2007
The author of Autism and The Gluten-Free Diet well establishes the fact that CD can be controlled ONLY through a GF diet. I agree that there still exists a question relating to whether or not OATS are acceptable to celiacs. As one individual, I cannot tolerate it and risk taking the chance of being hospitalized if I ingest oats. Having been at this battle for over 50 years, I place oats on the DO NOT list whenever I counsel anyone. I hosted a support group for many years and feel that anything that is not completely verified as GF should be avoided.
