Remove frozen chicken tenders from bag & outer packaging. Place frozen chicken tenders on a broiler pan or baking rack to allow chicken to drain. Cook 8-10 minutes per side or until an internal temp of 165 deg F has been reached by use of a thermometer.
FRYER (Oil) Preheat Oil to 350 deg F (Canola Oil recommended). Remove frozen chicken tenders from bag & outer packaging. Place frozen chicken tenders into oil & cook for 6-7 min. or until an internal temp of 165 deg F has been reached by use of a thermometer.
PAN FRY Heat 1/8 of an inch of canola oil in a skillet over medium setting. Place frozen chicken nuggets into oil and cook 4 minutes on each side.
