I have been Gluten Free for 10 years. This is the best bread I have had in a long time. I do not think there is one bread that replaces all the different baked goods we are use to eating. I think this bread is great for sandwiches. The bread has a nice texture, and doesn\'t have that dreaded grainy taste (that we all hate). I tried it before I froze it and it was a fine sandwich without toasting. It toasts up well. I look forward to trying it for french toast. This is a great bread to add to your baked goods repertoire.

This cheese sauce is wonderful! My 4 yr old loves this & ask\'s for seconds every time I make Mac-n-cheese for her. I have also used this to make an old favorite, Tater Tot caserole which we had stopped since her Gluten Allergy, now we can have it again. This cheese sauce & the other\'s by this company make it possible to give my kids those childhood meals I had as a kid. It is stronger on the salty side but I just add more water to thin it out which then makes it go further.

I found these at the Central Market HEB in San Antonio last week and opened the package on the airplane back to Kansas City. I wish I had tried them earlier, because I would have bought more before I left town. They are wonderful puff crackers, with lots of cheese (Edam) flavor. Very similar to Cheez-it crackers without the orange mess that I remember. I\'ll buy these again!

This is a wonderful product! I served it to my husband (a gluten lover) and he had no clue that it was corn pasta! This shape of pasta held up well in the boiling process and did not break apart.

These bread crumbs are great. I use them to bread chicken cutlets, white fish, meatloaf and meatballs. So far no one else in the family has taken notice to the difference of bread crumbs. Sometimes I add a few extra spices of my own! Tastes great.
